The Queen's Cuisines demonstrator, Jane, has been teaching cooking classes at all five of the Dierbergs cooking school locations for 5 years. Classes are usually based around recipes from the British Isles ranging from Indian cuisine to 'pub grub' as well as traditional cakes and pastries.
